I, as have many other people before me, undergone a lot of training on modern techniques, approaches and theories for exercise, muscle toning, strengthening, endurance and weight management and fat loss. I stay up to date through continuous professional development (CPD) and training, to ensure that I continue to offer the latest and best ways to help. I am registered with CIMSPA and REPS with whom I have to provide proof of my CPD every year, so you can be assured that I do not have stale knowledge and eager to improve continually.


My training has given me the knowledge to assess your current fitness levels and goals, provide you with a way forward to reach those goals and provide honest and trustworthy feedback that will motivate you to continue along your personal training journey. I am also qualified in Nutrition for Weight Management as an advisor that will complement your physical activities along your journey. I myself have lost weight and trained such that I can participate in numerous obstacle course races (OCR's) and strive to enjoy all activities.

You are at the core of your training, so you know that I have your best interests at heart and I will endeavour to ensure that you get the most out of your training.


I offer various packages (including single and bulk sessions) and I intend to extend where I can operate from and what other offerings I will be able to provide. Whether you would like me to visit your home for your workout (yes a home workout is possible), visit a gym that we're both affiliated with, visit a local park or even to use my own gym, these are all viable options which we can discuss. I will happily answer any questions you may have, so feel free to get in touch.
