You understand that the purpose of COACH RED Wellness programmes is to provide safe exercise, dietary and related guidelines to improve health and fitness. Exercise may include:
- Cardiovascular activities, with or without the use of machines, such as running, jogging, walking, cycling, steps and other aerobic activities.
- Resistance training activities using, for example, resistance machines, free weights, suspension training equipment, resistance bands and other equipment.
- Flexibility exercises to improve movement around joints and their range of motion.
Exercise programmes are designed to place a gradually increasing workload on the cardiovascular and muscular systems and thereby improve their function. The reaction of the cardiovascular and muscular systems to such exercise cannot be predicted with complete accuracy. There is a risk of other changes that might occur during or following the exercise. These changes could relate to blood pressure and/or heart rate and could result in death or serious injury.
Whilst you will be monitored when you train with a CRW representative, you understand that you are responsible for monitoring your condition throughout all exercise programmes and that should any unusual symptoms occur, you will stop and take appropriate action. You are free to stop training at any time. If you have any questions, please ask them at any time.
You release Paul Daly and COACH RED Wellness from any liability with respect to any damage or injury which may be suffered whilst exercising or following other guidelines.
FACE TO FACE PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Payment is required in advance, either by bank transfer, PayPal transfer or card payment (via PayPal). If paying on the day, please bring cash with you.
COACH RED Wellness will be as flexible as possible in moving your sessions around, however please give at least 48 hours’ notice (excluding weekends) should you need to make changes. Shorter notice means you lose that session as COACH RED Wellness will be unlikely to fill it with someone else. If COACH RED Wellness needs to make changes within 48 hours, that session will be re-booked with you and you will receive a free session for messing you around. Refunds for unused sessions will be made on a pro-rata basis if requested.
Training sessions last for up to one hour, including time for warm up, exercise and stretching. Feel free to arrive a few minutes early and be ready to go, but please be considerate of other clients who may still be in their session.
You expect COACH RED Wellness to bring its A-game and in return you are expected to be prepared for the session. That means having appropriate clothing, being appropriately nourished and being able to train without distractions. This is your time. Capitalise on it.
If your health status has changed in a way which you think may impact your ability to participate in the training programme, you should notify COACH RED Wellness at or before the beginning of the training session.
Once packages/bundles have been purchased and programme details sent, no refunds are possible for the sessions that the programme would be applicable for. These are normally monthly recurring payments, so please ensure that you cancel in advance of your next future payment collection.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of scheduled personal training or circuit sessions. Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged in full to the Client at the discretion of CRW and subject to being able to refill the session appropriately.
