Personal training is the best way to get a programme specifically tailored to you. I guarantee that it will not be a package picked off of the shelf or found on Google, but instead it will be one that takes into account the most important person in this process – you!

Included in the packages are

  • A free initial consultation, discussing what it is that you would like to achieve, your goals, and why they are important to you.
  • Initial measurements of your height, weight and blood pressure.
  • We will discuss your medical and exercise history along with any likes and dislikes you may have with regards to physical activity.
  • On top of this we will talk about your lifestyle and how it will all fit together, including why you have not been able to train so far.

Following on from this we can proceed to undertaking a fitness assessment that allows me to gauge your current levels of fitness with regards to strength, endurance and cardio. It is also an opportunity to take more measurements that will allow us to monitor your progress should you decide to continue.

With all the information gathered, I can work on a personal training programme specifically tailored to you and your goals and work with you to maximise your potential.

Once the programme is in place and I have run through it with you and how I see your programme progressing over the time we have, the sessions we do together will allow me to coach and motivate you along the way to achieve even better results. There is no failure whatever happens, it is purely a desire to improve and exceed even more than before. Your programme will be continually reviewed both as a result of progress made to date but also following on from any feedback you have yourself as we work together. Not everything works for an individual first time, we just need to iron out those kinks and make it work.

Group Training

For those that want to reduce the cost of their personal training, it is possible to have personal training sessions that you share with a friend or two. This means that you can work out with your partner or friends and share the cost of the personal training.
