Who wants to have some fun getting more physically active without worrying about whether or not they can do it?  I believe that most people start that way, which is why my bootcamp and circuit sessions are designed to be fun and accessible to everyone, with myself providing the necessary guidance to ensure that everyone can make the most out of their session.

All of the sessions are suitable for all ages, genders and abilities and the last thing you’ll need to worry about is keeping up with the person next to you because they’ll more than likely be doing something different. If for any reason you find that you are struggling with a session, then just let me know and we’ll work to make it better for you instead.

Group Training – Contact me if you want to undertake personal training but with a friend or two. You each get a unique personalised training programme but you get to work out together and share the cost of a personal trainer to help you.

RED Boot – A full body workout combining Core, Functional, Upper and Lower body exercises in one rounded session, finishing with stretching leaving you refreshed and revitalised.

CoRED – A group circuit session focusing purely on your body’s core and stabilisation.

OutsiDERs – Same as the RED Boot sessions, but held outside for the fresh air experience. Be warned, being outside means that it may be colder, wetter and/or dirtier than sessions held inside. So come prepared for the weather.

Try a single session or buy a package of sessions (and save money) and attend any group circuit sessions running until your credits run out.
