Well my assessment results have finally come through and I am now a Level 4 Personal Trainer qualified as a Low Back Pain Exercise Specialist.
Back pain can be very disabling in your day to day activities but there is a way forward for those suffering from simple (mechanical or non-specific) low back pain through the use of various activities to improve your posture and the strength of your core muscles. These exercises will prove to be useful in more ways than one as they will not only alleviate your pain (if not remove it) but also make you feel better about yourself and how you look.
